Mark Batterson has an interesting post about Saddleback Church. He talks about how each new staff member at Saddleback is given an iPod. Saddleback also does a lot of staff training via iPod.I realize that I've been on staff in some capacity for three years, but hey...you CAN teach an old dog new tricks right?
