Saddleback Church has long been an innovator in the church world and Rick Warren is widely viewed as one of the most respected teachers in the business. Saddleback has been using on-campus venues for many years now, but they will soon be launching a very interesting multi-site strategy. It will work in three phases:
(1) Backyard Saddleback - for small groups of 30-60 people.
(2) Saddleback Satellite - a mid-sized gathering of 100-300 people in a neutral location.
(3) Saddleback Campus - a regional campus of 500-1500 people.
